Videocon has launched the A27, a dual-SIM Android 4.0 ICS based smartphone for Rs. 5,999.
In terms of specifications, the Videocon A27 has a 1GHz processor, 512MB of RAM, and 4GB ROM with expandable storage of up to 32GB via a microSD card. It has a 4-inch WVGA display with and in terms of connectivity, has 3.75G, Wi-Fi, 802.11b/g/n, GPS/A-GPS and A2DP Bluetooth 3.0.Videocon has added yet another smartphone to its portfolio, the A27. The device is priced at Rs. 5,999, runs on Android 4.0 ICS and boasts of dual-SIM capabilities.
The rear of the Videocon A27 has a 3MP camera and the front has a VGA camera. The A27 comes pre-loaded with a few apps including TOI, ET, Facebook, Saavn, Fun Zone and Movie Studio. The device is relatively slim at 11 mm. The device also supports FM radio with recording.

For the price point of Rs. 6,000 users have access to quite a few budget phones which include theMicromax A87, Samsung Galaxy Y Duos, Karbonn A15, Nokia Asha 311 and more.
